As the world’s population continues to grow, the demand for natural resources increases, which has a negative impact on the environment. Companies have a crucial role in creating a sustainable planet, as their operations and business decisions can have a significant impact on the environment and society as a whole.   In recent years, there has been a shift in business philosophy, where organizations have begun to recognize their responsibility in protecting the environment and have started to implement more sustainable practices in their operations. From reducing greenhouse gas emissions to eliminating toxic waste, companies are working to be part of the solution and not part of the problem. This responsibility goes beyond implementing sustainable practices. Companies also have the ability to influence public opinion and political decision-making, as well as playing a key role in promoting stricter environmental policies in conjunction with educating consumers about the importance of these actions. In this context, the concept of joining forces for a sustainable planet becomes increasingly relevant.   **Sustainability as the Foundation of Our Business Philosophy** At our company, sustainability is one of the fundamental pillars that guides our daily work. We believe that sustainability is crucial for the care of the planet and for building a fairer and more equitable future for all. That is why we have implemented different actions and programs that seek to minimize our impact on the environment and promote sustainable mobility. Firstly, we have worked to reduce our carbon footprint. To achieve this, we have implemented measures to reduce our energy consumption, such as the use of low-consumption lighting systems in our facilities. In addition, we are constantly evaluating and improving our processes and practices to identify areas where we can reduce our environmental impact. We have also implemented programs to promote sustainable mobility among our employees and collaborators. We encourage the use of sustainable means of transportation, such as bicycles and public transportation, and offer incentives to those who choose to use them. In addition, we have developed policies for managing the company’s vehicle fleets, establishing criteria that promote the use of electric vehicles and those that are more efficient in terms of fuel consumption. In addition to these programs, we have also worked on educating and raising awareness among our employees and collaborators about sustainability. We believe that it is important for all members of our company to understand the importance of sustainability and be committed to contributing to the protection of the environment. For this reason, we have carried out awareness and training campaigns on sustainability-related topics such as waste management, energy saving, and sustainable mobility.   **Sustainable Mobility: Reducing the Use of Fossil Fuels and Optimizing Transport Routes** One of our main programs is Sustainable Mobility. Through this program, we are reducing the use of fossil fuels and optimizing our transport routes to minimize our carbon footprint. During the past year, we were able to maintain fuel efficiency in our vehicle fleet, which allowed us to significantly reduce our greenhouse gas emissions. We are very proud of the results achieved and will continue to work to improve our performance in this area.   **Electric Bicycles: A Cleaner Transport that Reduces Our GHG Emissions** Our Sustainable Mobility program, we have launched a fleet of electric bicycles equipped with special compartments for transporting packages. This initiative is a cleaner form of transport that significantly reduces our greenhouse gas emissions. Our delivery personnel can access hard-to-reach urban areas and reduce delivery time, allowing us to offer a more efficient and sustainable service.   **100% Electric Vehicles: Zero CO2 Emissions and Reduced Noise Pollution** But we don’t stop there. We have also launched our first 100% electric vehicles in Brazil and Colombia. These vehicles have a range of 250 km and zero CO2 emissions, which means that our vehicles do not emit polluting gases into the environment, which is fundamental for the preservation of the planet. Additionally, these vehicles are much quieter, reducing noise pollution in cities.   **Commitment to Sustainability: Raising Awareness and Leading the Change towards a More Sustainable Future** We are committed to preserving the environment and sustainability. We know that our actions can make a big difference and we are willing to lead the change towards a more sustainable future. Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond our business operations and reaches our communities and customers. We believe that it is essential to raise awareness and educate people about the importance of sustainability and the need to act now. Sustainability is essential for the care of the planet and for building a fairer and more equitable future for all. At Solistica, we are committed to sustainability, having implemented different actions and programs to minimize our impact on the environment and promote sustainable mobility. We believe that it is essential to lead the change towards a more sustainable future and work together to create a better world.
